My sister just brought over her speed o weave frame for me to use and it has an intruction book with it. Let me know if you need the instructions, maybe I could make some copies and send it your way. It looks like it is 12-2 sided pages in length. She actually brought over 2 frames, one is metal and the other is plastic.
I tried to buy one for myself but could not find anyone who sells them. Her's is probably 40 years old. One she got from a lady that had a little shop in her home and the other one she got from "Amish Country" in Ohio.
