Weaving is a fairly complex operation, requiring both hands-on experience and study. You don't mention the type of weaving in which you are interested. Just a note that if it is commercial power-loom weaving, that it is probably beyond the scope of this discussion group.
I would suggest that you find a local weaver from whom you may learn the basics.
There are also many books written for the begining weaver. I recommend Mary E. Black: The New Key to Weaving. You may also enter search terms such as "weaving" + "how to" to see what the internet may yield.
