My advice would be to try and join a Guild.
They usually go under the title of Spinners and Weavers Guild. There are many types of looms.
You need a warping frame, this allows you to make the warp. It takes practise. I began on a rigid heddle and then went to an eight shaft table loom.
The next best thing would be to buy a video tape to follow step by step. Ashford's of NewZealand have video's.
