100 yr old countermarch

I was given a sweet 36x36 countermarch loom. My problem is that I learned to weave on Jack looms, 20 years ago, OK 25 years ago, No, I guess it was 30 years ago.
So I am looking at this little thing and I haven't a clue.How do I keep everything straight?
Can anyone suggest a good book or website to get me started?
