I too have a Brittany tapestry loom. It is the "Anjou" model. However, I do not have the stand for it. I found a photo of this loom in an ad from a 1980 issue of Handwoven. (Yes, I have been weaving that long!) I have only used it a few times. Most recently I warped it using the Navajo warping method but this proved cumbersome and did not hold the tension. From the photograph in this ad, it looks like you can adapt the warping method for the Schacht tapestry loom and use the rigid heddle to control the harnesses. I no longer have my Schacht loom, so I don't have instructions for warping. Perhaps these are available somewhere on the web???? I would also be interested in hearing from anyone else who has used this Brittany loom.
Thanks!
