Pictures would be a tremendous help, as Sabina isn't very common, but I'll try to give some suggestions. BTW, this shouldn't be a problem at all.
My first suspicion would be that something is catching on something else, particularly as this is a folding loom. Watch very carefully for that. You can also try removing extra tie up cords or chains.
It never hurts to move tabby to another two treadles. One and Two are common, as is One and Six. This could also help you identify if it's a common problem, or unique to those treadles.
If you can send me pictures I can help more. I have two different looms that I've done repair on myself, and am familiar with the general workings of a loom.
