I know of two ways to weave on wagon wheels.
Both ways are warped the same , but use either
rags or warp.Lay wheel flat and put nails on the side facing you closely together.Warp in a star pattern
using rug warp.With locks of wool work in a
Ghiordes knot that can be even or one side longer to look more like a sheepskin. Start in the middle and work around the wheel.
The second way is twined and warped with rags.
As the rags go around the nails lash to wheel to
