Hi Hanne, I doubt you'll find a handloom completely made of metal. You may want to consider a Cranbrook countermarch loom. They are very substantial, the frame is made of maple wood (very thick pieces) the warp and cloth beams are really thick. It has breast, back and knee beams made of heavy steel (about 4.5-5 inches in diameter) they are powder coated (as opposed to painted) making them very smooth for the yarns and fabrics to pass around. I can't see any possibility of them ever warping out of shape no matter how much tension you have on your warp, and even weaving rugs every day. They are built by the Schacht Company and sold by many different weaving suppliers. Check out the Schacht website www.schachtspindle.com
Good Luck,
Beth
