I have a laila toika loom and in desperate need of help. I cannot get this loom adjusted. The shed is so small. I have read everything I can get my hands on. Some books say to shorten the chords from the lams to the treadles and then another says to lengthen the chords so the treadles touch the floor when depressed. I really want to have this loom working properly. Is there anyone who could help me? I'm begining to think the loom needs a complete adjustment. I am willing to travel to get this done. Help.
