This same thing happened to me after I hadn't woven anything for a while. I think I was drawning in too much, but you might also want to check your heddles and reed for rough spots caused by what I call "micro rust". If your reed or heddles look even a little pitted, use some very very fine steel wool or some jewlers rouge on a cloth to smooth them out.
