I took a look in my Spinning Wheels and Accessories book by David Pennington and Michael Taylor. There is a J. Moore listed but there isn't much information. There isn't a manufacture date and it says the one the authors saw was a wool wheel. That is it. My advise to you is to ask Florence Feldman-Wood, aka. the Spinning Wheel Sleuth.
