I have one that I bought recently off ebay. It's an old CLEMES AND CLEMES. They are no longer made, but "The Woolery" has parts etc.
You can have it for $150 plus shipping.
It's pretty heavy, BTW.
I had this delusion about carding my own stuff, but it's more economical to send it off for processing into roving.
