I had trouble getting ahold of Macomber for quite some time. When I did talk to someone there he told me that they had had the factory shut down for a few months because he had been injured (I think broken leg) and his father had been ill. So they may be having some trouble getting up and running again. I did order some parts from them that day and they showed up very quickly. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely nice, helpful, and apologetic that there had been no one to help me sooner. He assured me they were not going out of business. This was several months ago.
