There are several kinds of rag rugs. I've done a few of them . . . even got 2 blue ribbons in our county fair this summer! My favorite weaving of rag rugs is called Twining. You can make your own frame loom out of any four sticks you have handy and you can use up all the old jeans, shirts, sheets, etc. in your closets! I would love to send you a couple of pictures of these rugs. Send me your email address. I found one old book on twining but mostly use the one written by Bobbie Irwin "Twined Rag Rugs" 2000. She sells them for about $20 + postage. Dianne
