Leclerclooms.com website should be able to help you with your pictures. THey also sale a shaft stabilizer to help with the one vs three shafts that is sometimes troubleshome with a counterbalance loom. The first and 6th treadles were added for plain weave tieups when the other 4 are for straigth twill tie up. When you get a warp threaded on your loom the threads going through the middle of the heddles will help your shafts return to their original position as well as just moving on to the next pick.
