I think the price is quite a bit too high...but I have owned a Harrisville loom and really liked it. I love the snap chain tieups. It was a great first loom, and a very good loom overall. I sold mine for $400 when I got my 8 shaft Gilmore, but only sold it because I live in a tiny house and had absolutely no room for it! So it's worth a try...but only if the price is a third or less then they are asking, for a used loom.
