My student had the same problems with her old Ashford - did you go into their website to the part where they give tips about troubleshooting wheels? It seems to me the bolt you are talking about had two nuts on it. One to make the connection, the other to lock it into place. You may be able to order the replacement part from Ashford that solves this problem. Go to http://www.ashford.co.nz/home Help and Advice. If they don't spell it out there, write them!
