Robin,Sheila, I do not like the long screws on the Newcomb threadles. What you can do is put in 1/4 inch eye bolts in the holes on the threadles and the lam and run a 1/8" steel cable (from Home depot/ hardware store) w/ staps on both ends. When you want to change the tie up you just move the staps, and you do not have to remove all the bolts. Robin with only two threadles I would guess you will not be moving the tieup.
