Please email me with your questions. I don't check this board often.
I have a 22", 4H, 6T cherry Norwood workshop loom and a 30" 8H 10T cherry Norwood loom for sale. These are my own looms, both are in very good condition and I still use them for weaving. The text ad is below. I also have an ad on craigslist (http://cnj.craigslist.org/art/1524752225.html) if you want to see pictures (scroll to bottom of ad). Located in central NJ, but both can be shipped if necessary.
TWO NORWOOD CHERRY LOOMS:
1. Norwood 22" cherry wood folding worksop jack loom, 4H, 6 treadles with scissor frame and wheels so you can move it around easily. 22" weaving width, about 400 heddles, texsolv tie-up cords, one 18D reed, one stick shuttle, one boat shuttle with bobbins. Whether you're a beginning weaver or advanced, this loom is a very good choice. This loom was upgraded from a direct - tie up to a multiple harness tie-up. Lamms and jacks were made from extra wood (not cherry). The original four cherry treadles are still on the loom (center in photo). The two extra treadles (not cherry) are longer. I'm currently weaving towels (see photo) on this loom and it's doing a great job. I've also used it to teach beginning weavers. It's portable and can be taken to workshops and has wheels for easy moving around your home. Fits in the back of a SUV, pickup truck, van or trailer. $975.00
2. Norwood cherry wood folding jack loom, 8H, 10 treadles. 30" weaving width, about 800 heddles (could be more, I haven't counted them recently), texsolv tie-up cords, one reed, one stick shuttle, one boat shuttle with bobbins. Whether you're a beginning weaver or advanced, this loom is a very good choice. I've used it for weaving everything from bookmarks to double-width (up 60" weaving width) throws and blankets and it does a great job. One of the treadles was cracked when I moved, but I was able to repair it and used it when weaving. You can have a new treadle cut from the same width of cherry wood with new holes drilled for the tie-up cords. Fits in the back of a SUV, pickup truck, van or trailer. $1,700.00
