Gail and Cathy, thanks for the replies on the heddle sizes and replacement options. I did find a source for 8.5 inch wire heddles. However, I do have the texsolv heddles on one of my table looms and would agree they are pretty easy to slide and thread. I'll let my friend make the final decision. Again, thanks for the confirmation ont he heddle size and quick replies. - Donald in SC.
