I've refurbished several looms. I don't know where to find Pendelton parts specifically, but if you have the ability to do a little bit of carpentry, you can get parts that you can make work at Camilla Valley Farms:

They mostly carry Leclerc parts, but they will help you with dimensions, etc. I've been using Leclerc brake parts on the looms I've worked on and they are fine, but you have to be able to do some carpentry.
