Perhaps one of the uprights that supports the wheel has slipped down into the hole in the table. You can try shimming it with a piece of brown paper. Wrap the paper around the post and then fit it back into the hole. Don't use glue! These are supposed to be friction fit. You can trim the paper after you get it right.
Check to make sure your drive band is twisted in the correct direction. The cross should be on the bottom for Z spinning, on top for S, and not rubbing on itself.
