Mira brand looms (not the Leclerc Mira type) were Dutch looms. They were build and used in the seventies in Amsterdam at the Trompenburg Werkplaats. Hence WTA, Werkplaats Trompenburg Amsterdam. At the Werkplaats worked people who couldn't get on in 'normal' work environements.
