Weaving Tip

When I am doing a complicated treadling pattern I write each treadle in order as it appears on the draft on a piece of paper, then clamp it to the front of my loom. I then put a post it note or small clothes pin on the treadle I'm working on. This way if the phone rings, someone interupts me, or the dog has to go out I know where I'm at when I sit back down at the loom.
