I purchased this walking wheel around 15 years ago and have not been able to find out anything about it. On the top of the base it has been stamped/signed " J MOOT" or "J MOOR". I am not able to clearly make out the last letter. I would appreciate it if anyone having any information would e-mail me. Thanks
