An older Harrisville model. 36 inch weaving width, 4 treadles, 4 shafts, NO LAMMS (direct tie up) AND it has a ratchet and pawl brake system on the warp beam, NOT a friction brake. If anyone has access to an earlier harrisville manual, I sure would like to get a copy, Harrisville acknowledges that the loom has changed a lot, but is no help.
A 2 shaft Union Rug loom in sorry shape, needs restored and parts replaced. I have no idea if this is a Union 36 or a Union Special. A manual would help me get this worthy workhorse back to doing what it wants to do, which is weave, not sit on a porch falling to pieces.
