Just a comment: I have a studio loom which was made by neucomb and is a newer version of the union loom it was built in Davenport Iowa i think- I am it's second owner and bought it from a friend in about 1979 I have a weaving studio for my retirement years and way too many looms If you're looking for a 4 harness heavy duty rug loom I would want 350.00 for it- I'm located in Flushing, Michigan.
