I am afraid I'll be a bit discouraging here, but there are some things to think about before you spend too much money on this: you will be competing with some long-established builders as well as the plethora of used looms on the market; weaving is not the "in" thing to do the way it was back in the days of the "Whole Earth Catalogue" when there was sort of a "back to basics" movement going on, so this is a real niche-market; shipping can be outrageous. Just give this some hard thought.
On the other hand, if you're having fun and picking up some "butter-and-egg-money" out of it, go for it.
