Mr. Watson just came to our Guild meeting today, bringing two of his wheels (the Marie and his double-wheel, the Martha) and his new spinning chair.
Personally, I fell in love with the Martha. If you're looking for fast -- wow! Plus it has lots of goodies, like built-in (and removable) holders for four spare bobbins, the ability to fold, a built-in orifice hook, a neat way to attach a leader, etc.
I own and use a 25" wheel, which I enjoy tremendously, but the Martha has me hooked.
And by the way, the spinning chair is amazingly comfortable -- I couldn't believe the difference it made.
Sorry, this isn't exactly a review of the Marie, but I thought it might help.
