Do as the other commenter said- measure a guide string of the correct warp length and see if the board will actually take that long a warp- it might.
If not- how many ends is the warp to be? For scarves you shouldn't have to fill the height of the pegs with yarn, so you have the option of making a warp half as long as you need with twice the number of threads. When you take it off the board it can be 'unfolded' into the full length.
