I have a Gilmore, and my neighbor has two. We like our Gilmores because they are very well made. They are very sturdy, and thus great for rugs and things that need a firm beat...my neighbor has made a bunch of rugs that hold up to anything. I've woven lace-weight yarns on mine and the Gilmore works wonderfully for that, too. The company is great with service if you have a question. I can highly recommend a Gilmore.
