or Sharon Alderman's Mastering weave structures tie up on p.170 Just visualize that you're weaving only one harness at a time for 8 harnesses. when you weave two throws first depress harness(shaft0 1 THEN ALLexcept 1, next 3 then all except 3 next 5, then all except 5, next 7, then all except 7 thats your treadling.
