I am interested in weaving some ecclesiastical/altar linens. I am looking to do more of a traditional style rather than a modern/contemporary style. Do any of you have any recommmendations about what size thread to use for a fair linen, for example? How fine a linen thread can I use and have it still be practical to weave?
