You have to figure out exactly which part is causing the wobble.
Check to see if the wheel itself is warped, if it is badly warped it may need to be replaced.
Check to see if the uprights are loose.
Check to see if the drive shaft is bent.
Stand at the side of the wheel to check the alignment of the wheel to the flyer.
Check the holes or slots of the up-rights in which the drive shaft rests, if one (or both) has worn to the point it is too big you will need a bushing.
