I have a beautiful Cranbrook loom for sale. I bought it from J.P. Bexell & Sons while I was a fiber student at SDSU in the late 80's. It is a limited edition and numbered beauty made of maple. I wove blankets, shawls, rugs, tapestry, paper sculpture and wire sculpture, ikat, sprang, and so much more on it. It creates a wonderful shed even with sticky mohair thanks to its Counter March harness system and the double back beams. It has 8 harness's, 10 treadles, double back beams, about a 48" weaving width, 69-72” High, Overhead swing beater and a tool tray rack that hangs on the back. The tray is full of warping sticks and misc tools. The hettles are string to keep from causing undue friction on your warp, thur preventing broken warp threads. Three metal reeds are included sz 6, 8 and 10.
it is disassembled and waiting for a new loving owner. $4800.00 503-626-6283. nanettedavis@live.com
