I have an AVL tension box for sale.
It has a heddle system that is used for conveniently putting a cross in each section. It places proper tension on the warp ends and has a pivoting front reed so that width of the band being transferred can be matched to the section on the beam.
Tension is established by running yarn over/under dowels. The dowels are mounted in vertical slots to allow tension adjustment. The tension box is provided with one 8 dent input mini-reed and two (8 & 10 dent) output mini-reeds and mounting hardware.
It is in excellent condition and sells currently for $331 from AVL.
I am asking $225 plus shipping.
