Help please. I inherited my mother loom which she purchased in 1937 from Mrs Bergman . They lived not that far from one another and Mrs Bergman set up loom and my mother saved her sanity during WWll by weaving. It has been in a shed for 30 years and loooks pretty good but it needs someone to get it started again. I too will try and save my sanity (son-in-law) on third tour in Iraq. I know she wove fine table mats and linens. It is not a rug loom. I don't know where to start. When I unwrapped it I started to cry and it was just like my Mom was there way "You survived the Vietman war and you can survive the Iraq war". She survived depression and I'm hoping learning to weave and using her loom will give me another surviving tool. I look forward to any information you can give me. Thank you so much. Gretchen Irvine
