You do not say in your posting where you live. You need to locate a local weaving guild or a weaving shop where they teach weaving or can get you in contact with someone who does. I know that if the student that I teach already has a loom, I go see it and see what it needs to get it up and running. Then I teach the basics here at my studio and warp the first project. If the loomis ready then I go and help with set up on their loom... You can do a internet search for a shop. Also interweave press has a listing of some weaving classes under weaving resources. Good luck in your endeavor. Some people are able to teach themselves using Learning to Weave by Deborah Chandler.
