Hi, my name is Kimberly. I got lucky this week and managed to aquire a 4 harness floor loom. I am a spinner so I have been wanting one for a few years as a way to use my work. I have a little brio loom so I know some of the basics. This is like going from a toy car to a roll royce!!! I am incredibly excited but feel like a kid kid at christmas with the ultimate race car set and no batteries! One of things I am struggling with is how to warp it. I am thinking of 14 yards(enough to make it worthwhile) using crochet thread size 10(good, strong, cheap) but I don't have a warp board yet. Any suggestions or advise?
