Hi,
I have an opportunity to purchase a ideal Glimakra countermarch
loom 4 harness. It is about 18-20yrs old. She is asking
750 for loom, accessories, and yarn. She has not used this
loom in 8 years and it has been sitting in her basement.
Is it a good price for this loom? Would you replace the linen
heddles and other tie ups with what is currently on the new looms? What other things
should I consider about this loom before I take the plunge.
Also should I take the yarn to use? She says it is still good
and occasionlly uses it for crochet. She has alot of yarn and
all colors on cones and bunches.
