There are several ways to do this depending on how wide your loom is and how big you want your coverlet to be. You can weave a center panel and 2 sides or put the seam down the middle. the best way is to plan where the seam will be and then thread an extra section. then when you overlap and match the panels, you can sew a double seam and it will lay flat and be stronger than just sewing a conventional seam. One advantage to two panels, is often that you can weave the two sections on one threading and then just cut apart and you will have a left and a right, If you do a center and two sides, chances are you will have to re-thread your pattern.
